Nutmeg is the shelled, dried seed of the plant 'Myristica fragrans'. Nutmeg is an incredibly intense spice with a strong and distinctive aroma. It is nutty and slightly sweet as well as warm. Nutmegs are used for diarrhea, nausea, stomach spasms and pain, and intestinal gas.

Shivani Kulkarni Nutmeg is my favourite spice and Kanz and Muhul's Nutmeg is highly aromatic. Not too strong, not very light. Perfect Aroma. I add a bit of Grated Nutmeg in my Coffee and it takes the beverage taste to an another level
