What is White honey?	The honey derived from the nectar of black locust tree on which the bees pollinate. It is almost transparent and raw in nature without any adulteration. Please note, over time, the honey will darken and flavor will change into a more fruity flavour but it will be safe to eat indefinitely.
How should we use it?	Pour it on nuts and fruits like figs, apricots etc. Add it in cream, yoghurt or milk based desserts to substitute sugar.
What does it taste like?	Fruity, fresh and delicate flavour. Aromatic and light in flavour with a musky smell of saffron. Rich in antioxidants and a good source of Vitamin C and magnesium.
