I'm a self schooled chef and love to explore different cuisines. I didn't know much about Kashmiri food, so realized late that tiki cake is kind of kashmiri garam masala. My experience of using the tiki has been amazing. Its not a hard hitting flavour punch but a very subtle humm of the spice in background. Love the experience of cooking with it
