Is there a minimum number of coins required to redeem?

Yes, a minimum of 500 coins is required to redeem, which gives you a ₹5 discount.

What happens to my coins if I return an order?

If you return an order, the coins earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance. Any coins you redeemed will be reinstated.

Can I transfer my coins to someone else?

K&M Coins are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the account that earned them.

Can I use coins alongside a discount code?

Coins are credited to your account within 24 hours of your order being confirmed and fulfilled.
