It is extracted from the rocks of the Himalayas, which are rich in minerals and nutrients. This gives the Shilajit its unique properties, such as its strength, durability, and resistance to weathering. 

Shilajit has been used in traditional Indian Ayurvedic medicine for centuries, and the compounds in it appear to be beneficial for many conditions.

K&M Pure Himalayan Kashmiri Shilajit should be stored in a cool, dry place away from heat and open flames. It should be kept in a tightly sealed container 12 months to prevent evaporation.
