Roganjosh Spice Blend
It came out good
The best part of using this mixture is : no need to add salt + your dish is ready within an hour
I purchased the 1kg pack, this means your meat or vegetable has to be 1kg (after skin/feather removal)
Follow the instructions given and the recipe is very easy. They have mentioned to add 3 or 4 cups of water in the end. I don't think this much water is required - at least for chicken
The mutton Rogan josh I made with this was amazing.
Spice was of highest quality
The recipe & spices are perfect.
Perfect Roganjosh spice mix, it was truly authentic and aromatic....our family enjoyed having the curry👌👍
One of the best masala.
Excellent product’s
The walnuts were high quality and so was the red chillies and the chilli powder. You could identify the difference between these products and the ones obtained elsewhere. Strongly recommend this to all foodies.
A bit overpowering taste of cinnamon, otherwise awesome.
Tried the Rogan Josh spice mix... the dish turned out to be so flavourful and authentic! Didn’t need any improvisation ...the spice mix was perfect . Have placed my second order already !

The recipe was almost flawless (the estimate of how much time the masala should be cooked was missing)
It turned out to be the most authentic rogan josh I have tasted outside of a kashmiri home. We just loved it! Exquisite and heartwarming.
