Everything You Need To Know

Common Fig popularly known as Anjeer, is a delicious, plump, chewy dry fruit and has a sweet, caramelized flavour. As amazing as it is of a fruit to relish; a great source of fiber, potassium, and vitamins K and B6, the dried figs are great for snacking or baking. They can help regulate digestion and promote heart health, muscle and nerve function. Figs are consumed in the dry form as they taste best when the seeds turn more crispy.

Enjoy these figs as a stand-alone snack or add them to trail mix, oatmeal, yogurt, salads, cookies, cakes, and pies.

Dried figs can be stored in refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 12 months.
