 What is Ladakhi Apricot? Sundried, Small round stone fruits from Ladakh, with a rough skin and firm flesh. Varies from pale cream to orange colour.
 How do you cook it? Soak overnight in water and deseed next morning. Use it sauces, desserts, pickles etc.
 What does it taste like? Fruity, sweet and tart flavour with a refreshing mouthfeel.
 Is it good for me? Low in calories, rich in Vitamin A and C. High is potassium and hydrating to the body.

Eating it raw was not a good idea as it was little bit too dry.Even after soaking.But good in cooking.Esp. in curry.

The texture and taste of the apricot is great. These are different from the other variety available across the country. These are smaller in size, more dry and yet has a unique taste.
