 What is Warimuth?
The Black turtle beans (known as Warimuth in Kashmiri) is a small, shiny variety of the common bean. It has a dense, meaty texture, which makes it popular in vegetarian dishes.
How do you cook it?

These beans are used in some of the most delicious street foods as well as in home-cooked delicacies paired with turnip. The style of cooking is the same as Kidney beans (Rajma)
