What is Red Chilli Powder?

Freshly powdered dried red chillies, the inner white pith is removed carefully to ensure minimum pungency, no added preservative.

How do you cook it?

Heat oil, reduce the flame after 10 seconds add the red chilli powder, it'll release a vermillion colour and mild flavour.

What does it taste like?

Subtle mild chilly like flavour, specially to impart the bright red colour to the gravies.
