The best part of using this mixture is : no need to add salt + your dish is ready within an hour

I purchased the 1kg pack, this means your meat or vegetable has to be 1kg (after skin/feather removal)

Follow the instructions given and the recipe is very easy. They have mentioned to add 3 or 4 cups of water in the end. I don't think this much water is required - at least for chicken
